20 mln sq m of warehouse space in Poland in next year

Report – Warehouse market in Q3 2019, Poland: The warehouse sector in Poland has recorded another good quarter. In June to September 2019, over 830,000 sq m of modern warehouse space was rented, of which 56% constituted new lease agreements. 990,000 sq m were delivered on the market, and 1.85 million sq m remains under construction. The availability of space increased slightly to 6.2%. AXI IMMO advises MIG – a new distribution centre for myBOX Logistics in Kielce Poland

MyBOX Logistics, part of Marketing Investment Group (MIG) operating on shoe and clothing markets in the CEE region, has leased warehouse and office space in Kielce. AXI IMMO advised the client at all stages of BTS investment preparation. The tenant will move to the new facility with an area of ​​over 22,000 sq m at the end of the year. This project is delivered by the 7R developer.

Panattoni Europe in the BTO formula for ELTEK Poland

Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, has signed a deal with ELTEK Poland to deliver a production and warehouse facility in the build-to-own (BTO) formula. The 11,400-square-metre project will be erected in Bielsko-Biała, and is scheduled for handover to the future owner in Q4 2019. ELTEK was advised in the deal by AXI IMMO.

Warehouse market in Wroclaw 2019 – region 10 years ago and today
