Panattoni Park in Białystok fully leased. Additional 35,000 sqm under development at Panattoni Park Białystok II

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, continues its expansion in north-eastern Poland. The developer has leased out 100 per cent of space at Panattoni Park Białystok I and announced the development of the second distribution centre in the heart of Podlasie. Additional 35,000 sqm will be delivered this year at Panattoni Park Białystok II.

7R's new innovative eco. Green warehouses will make the logistics industry more sustainable

7R is the first warehouse developer in Poland to create an innovative eco-friendly warehouse – 7R Green. The company's main goal is to provide facilities in which ecological solutions will help minimize their impact on the natural environment.
