Panattoni Park Legnica to accommodate Spreadshirt Manufacturing Polska – 25,000 sqm construction kick-off

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, expands in Legnica – an alternative to Wrocław in the industrial property sector. The developer has launched the construction of 25,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Legnica, out of 90,000 sqm planned. The first facility will accommodate the polish production site of the Spreadshirt Group – a global e-commerce company that empowers people to express themselves on-person and in the world around them with personalised and custom-made products. Already in August 2020, the company will be taking up in excess of 11,000 sqm of production and warehouse space at the upcoming facility. The lease was mediated by JLL.

7R's new innovative eco. Green warehouses will make the logistics industry more sustainable

7R is the first warehouse developer in Poland to create an innovative eco-friendly warehouse – 7R Green. The company's main goal is to provide facilities in which ecological solutions will help minimize their impact on the natural environment. Construction of the first warehouse, designed in keeping with the new green concept, will start in the first half of the year.

Another 7R investment joins SELP’s portfolio

7R has finalized the sale of the 7R City Flex Łódź I warehouse located on Rokicińska St. in Łódź, Poland to SELP (SEGRO European Logistics Partnership). This is the third 7R project, following 7R City Flex Łódź II on ul. Transmiscyjna in Łódź and 7R Park Wrocław, to join the Polish portfolio managed by SEGRO.

InPost in Krakow in the new logistics center KJF Park Balice

InPost will launch a logistics centre in Krakow. A build-to-suit building with a 9100 sqm space will be built in KJF Park Balice. AXI IMMO advised on the transaction.

Panattoni Park in Białystok fully leased. Additional 35,000 sqm under development at Panattoni Park Białystok II

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, continues its expansion in north-eastern Poland. The developer has leased out 100 per cent of space at Panattoni Park Białystok I and announced the development of the second distribution centre in the heart of Podlasie. Additional 35,000 sqm will be delivered this year at Panattoni Park Białystok II.

Panattoni sells City Logistics Wrocław I to Segro

Panattoni market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, announces the sale transaction: SEGRO plc (‘SEGRO’), in its role as venture advisor to the SEGRO European Logistics Partnership (‘SELP’), has acquired Panattoni City Logistics Wrocław I - two buildings with a total area of 38,000 sqm. Advisors from JLL represented SEGRO within the transaction.

7R creates a new leasing team dedicated to BTS projects

Dominika Curyło has joined the leasing team at 7R - one of Poland’s most active and fastest growing logistics and warehouse developers. She takes on a newly-created role of BTS Leasing Manager.
