The second year of the COVID-19 pandemic brought a continuation of the evolution of the office market. Despite the fact that some companies are still developing strategies regarding the work model, tenant activity is visible in the market.

Panattoni is building in Koluszki

Panattoni is developing Panattoni Park Koluszki, approximately 30 km from Łódź. The investment will ultimately reach approx. 40 thousand sq m. sq m, and nearly 60 percent. has already been leased. The first tenant is Pet Republic, a feed producer, which in November 2021 moved to the area of ​​12,000 sq m. sq m In the third quarter of 2022, Panattoni will deliver approximately 13.4 thousand sq m. sq m an automotive company.

The warehouse market with new records

In the first three quarters of 2021, record demand for warehouses was recorded, amounting to almost 4.8 million sq m. The report prepared by the analysts of BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland also highlights the largest traffic in history on construction sites where work was underway, with over 3.7 million sq m. modern space.

Accolade invests on the western border

Accolade will build a new industrial park in Jelenia Góra. The company is also expanding the project in Goleniów. The value of the latest investments is EUR 71 million.
