Long-term partnership in a strategic location
Procan’s decision to remain at Prologis Park Błonie was a natural step in the company’s growth strategy. Specialising in logistics for the e-commerce and B2B sectors, Procan uses the facilities in Błonie as a distribution hub for sensitive goods. Its proximity to Warsaw allows the company to efficiently serve the country’s largest consumer market, making the location a cornerstone of its operations.
“Extending our cooperation with Prologis confirms the partnership we have built over the years, based on mutual trust and high-quality services. The Błonie location allows us to efficiently serve the Warsaw region, while the stability of lease terms provides a foundation for effective operations for our customers,” says Jacek Kawczak, Business Development Manager at Procan Logistyka Sp. z o.o.
Clear Lease® – stability and cost transparency
The new agreement has been signed under the Clear Lease® model, which eliminates the risk of unexpected costs. Its transparent cost structure is based on a single, fixed operating rate covering maintenance, repairs, and administration. Utilities and taxes are billed separately, based on actual consumption.
This solution is particularly important for 3PL providers, where precise cost calculation and long-term operational planning are essential for business efficiency.
Procan expands across Prologis parks
In addition to Prologis Park Błonie, Procan has also expanded at Prologis Park Poznań II, where it leases 6,500 sqm of space. With a presence in two of Poland’s most dynamic logistics markets – Warsaw and Poznań – the company can operate nationwide, maintaining both operational flexibility and a high standard of customer service.
“Procan is one of our long-term customers, with whom our cooperation has evolved into a true partnership. Their gradual expansion across Prologis parks is a clear sign of trust and proof of the quality of our relationship,” adds Piotr Lenczewski, Senior Leasing Manager at Prologis.
Logistics facilities designed for modern distribution
Both Prologis Park Błonie and Prologis Park Poznań II are logistics hubs designed to meet the demands of modern distribution. They offer flexible office modules, spacious truck courts, convenient loading areas, and easy access to public transport, all of which support the efficient organisation of daily operations.
The parks are also equipped with advanced safety systems and energy-efficient solutions – from LED lighting to installations that enable real-time monitoring of utility consumption.
