Its transparent cost structure is based on a single, fixed operating rate covering maintenance, repairs, and administration. Utilities and taxes are billed separately, based on actual consumption.

In addition to Prologis Park Błonie, Procan has also expanded at Prologis Park Poznań II, where it leases 6,500 sqm of space.
