Modern and well-thought-out infrastructure

Głuchów, located right next to the Tuszyn junction (A1 motorway and national road 12), is now one of the best-connected places in the Łódź region. MDC² has taken advantage of this potential by delivering a project that meets the needs of e-commerce companies, logistics operators, and international manufacturers alike.

Ultimately, MDC2 Park Łódź South will offer over 81,000 m² of warehouse space across two buildings. The first phase has already been delivered, while the second phase – 29,000 m² of modern space – is available for lease.

Lower carbon footprint and real ESG actions

The project is certified under BREEAM New Construction at the Excellent level, and the technologies and materials used translate into an exceptionally low CO₂ emission. According to an independent Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), the facility emits only 163 kg CO₂e/m², which is 49% lower than the national average and 61% lower than the global average.

The facility features:

energy-efficient LED lighting,

roofs prepared for photovoltaic installation,

rainwater retention system,

electric vehicle charging stations,

bicycle shelters,

12-meter clear height,

and a Rest & Move zone with a gym, sports field, and a relaxation and barbecue area.

As much as 95% of the construction materials used in the project are recyclable, and the raw materials have Environmental Product Declarations (EPD).

Trusted by leading brands

International companies such as Oriflame and Notino are already operating from MDC2 Park Łódź South. Both brands emphasize not only the technical parameters but also the project’s alignment with their environmental strategies.

“The facility meets our requirements for energy efficiency and sustainability. Thanks to this investment, we can deliver products to our customers in Poland and Europe faster and more efficiently.”
Tomasz Gomułka, Sr. Director Global SC Transformation, Oriflame

“The CO₂ emissions of the facility are significantly lower than the market average, and MDC² is a partner that operates transparently and delivers on its promises.”
Viktor Kucej, Logistics Business Development Director, Notino

“The proximity to Łódź and efficient logistics help us stay closer to our customers. This is key to fulfilling our mission.”
Jozef Taraba, Logistics Operations Director, Notino

The next phase meets the highest standards

The available space in the second phase of the project – 29,000 m² – is an excellent choice for companies seeking modern facilities in the heart of the country, while also adhering to their ESG strategies. Combined with a prime location, advanced infrastructure, and reduced CO₂ emissions, MDC2 Park Łódź South is an attractive solution for businesses focused on energy efficiency and providing the best working conditions.

“We aim to create spaces that support business growth while being friendly to people and the environment.”
Adrian Winiarek, Development Director, MDC²
