Hillwood Polska, a prominent developer in the logistics sector, has announced a new lease agreement with Focus Garden at its Hillwood Zgierz II logistics center. Focus Garden, recognized as a leader in the Polish e-commerce market specializing in garden furniture and accessories, will occupy a substantial 18,650 square meters of modern warehouse space located in building B of the facility.

The Hillwood Zgierz II logistics center is a Class A facility strategically situated in Dąbrówka Wielka. Its prime location near the crucial A2 and A1 highway interchange provides exceptional connectivity, facilitating efficient distribution across Poland and beyond, while also offering good access to a skilled labor pool.
The park comprises two large halls totaling nearly 77,000 square meters. The leased space offers premium specifications, including an elevated clear height of 12 meters and an increased floor load capacity of 8 tonnes per square meter, meeting the demanding requirements of modern logistics and e-commerce operations like Focus Garden.
