The facility used by AMD Europe serves as a central distribution hub for delivering store equipment – including shelving systems – to the Polish market and other European countries. The company has operated at Prologis Park Poznań since 2018.
"From the beginning, we have valued the quality of our cooperation with Prologis. They are a partner who understands our needs and responds proactively. Operational reliability and flexible development conditions are crucial to our business," said Jacek Kałużny, Finance Manager at AMD Europe.
"We also appreciate Prologis for its partnership approach and genuine commitment to infrastructure development. Thanks to regular upgrades, the facility becomes increasingly efficient and user-friendly for our team every year."
Sustainability and infrastructure investments
The building used by AMD Europe features solutions supporting energy efficiency, including LED lighting and a smart metering system, which allows for real-time utility monitoring and optimization – supporting the company’s sustainability goals.
The renewed agreement includes additional infrastructure investments, such as the construction of a new loading dock to streamline operations. Prologis has also allocated a budget for future fit-outs to adapt the space to AMD Europe’s evolving needs.
"Renewing our partnership with AMD Europe is a testament to the trust we’ve built and shows that our flexible approach, innovative technologies, and the transparent Clear Lease® model truly meet the needs of growing businesses,"
said Iwona Kotulska, Leasing and Customer Experience Manager at Prologis.
A foundation of this long-term partnership is the Clear Lease® model, which ensures fixed operating costs throughout the lease term. By eliminating the unpredictable expenses often associated with traditional leases, this solution allows tenants to focus on growth and operational planning with full financial clarity.
The lease extension process was supported by real estate advisory firm AXI IMMO Group.
"The tenant decided to extend the lease and stay in the current location due to excellent operational experience. From the start, Prologis has demonstrated a deep understanding of the tenant’s needs and a flexible approach by offering tailored business solutions,"
said Piotr Roszkowski, Associate Director, Industrial & Logistics, AXI IMMO.
"As part of the renegotiation, the parties agreed to refresh the office space and add a new dock, enhancing the facility’s functionality."
Prologis Park Poznań is a four-building logistics complex, offering flexible warehouse-office spaces adapted to a wide range of needs – from storage and distribution to light manufacturing.
Located in Sady, in the Tarnowo Podgórne municipality, the park is just 15 km from Poznań city center and 12 km from Poznań-Ławica International Airport. Its proximity to the Swadzim junction, connecting DK92 with expressway S11, ensures excellent transport accessibility toward Germany, the Czech Republic, and northern Poland. Additionally, nearby public transport makes commuting easier, boosting the park’s appeal for potential employees.
