Trigea buys City Logistics Wrocław II

Trigea nemovitostní fond has acquired City Logistics Wrocław II, an urban logistics park developed and managed by Panattoni. The asset is the second city logistics investment in Poland in Trigea’s portfolio. The parties agreed not to disclose the value of the transaction.

Panattoni to build 150,000 sqm warehouse complex near Poznań

Panattoni has purchased just under 35 hectares of land and is to start construction work as soon as February this year. Panattoni Park Poznań A2 is to have a build-out area of almost 150,000 sqm. The development is to be situated near a junction on the A2, where the motorway crosses the S11 expressway. One building with an area of 82,000 sqm is to be occupied by a giant of the clothing industry while the remaining 62,000 sqm is being developed speculatively.

A new tenant in Lędziny

Expeditors Polska has leased a total of almost 7,000 sqm. sqm of space in the GLP logistics park in Lędziny. The operator specializes in international forwarding, customs services, warehousing and distribution as well as organization of oversized transports.

Logistics Point Raszyn full

The cosmetics company Beliso has leased 3.5 thousand sqm. sqm of warehouse space at Logistics Point Raszyn. The finished space has already been handed over for use. Thus, the logistics center near Warsaw, owned by Peakside Capital Advisors and managed by the same company, has been fully commercialized.

Logistics (yet) stable

The logistics, warehouse and industrial space market is undergoing dynamic changes. The authors of the quarterly report from BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland point to persistently high demand, which has been accompanied by a low vacancy rate for a long time, and recently also a slowdown on the part of developers.

CTP with a benchmark in Czosnów

CTP is entering the decisive phase of the construction of the first stage of CTPark Warsaw North in the Czosnów commune. Completion of the works is scheduled for the beginning of 2023. As part of the first stage, the investment will offer over 64,000 sqm. sqm warehouse space.

Logistics is developing in Greater Poland

Polish logistics operator, Rohlig Suus Logistics, is launching a warehouse in Tarnowo Podgórne in Greater Poland. The new investment with an area of ​​over 36 thousand. sqm it quadruples the existing operational capabilities of the company in this region.

Low voltage near Opole

Elsteel, a supplier of low voltage electrical installation enclosures, has chosen CTPark Opole as the location of its Polish headquarters. In November, the tenant will move into the third of the four buildings planned in the complex.
