LemonTree starts new BTS project in Gdańsk – COOL BTS Gdańsk for Nagel-Group

LemonTree has commenced the construction of a modern logistics and service complex in Gdańsk Kowale. The latest investment – COOL BTS Gdańsk by LemonTree – is being developed in a build-to-suit (BTS) formula for one of Europe’s leading food logistics providers, Nagel-Group, and will comprise approximately 21,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office-social space. The general contractor for the project is Depenbrock Polska, with completion and handover scheduled for the first half of 2026.

JD.com moves into MLP Pruszków II – Chinese e-commerce giant expands its footprint in Poland

JD.com, one of the largest global players in the e-commerce industry, continues its expansion into European markets. Its logistics division, JINGDONG Logistics, has leased 9,600 sqm of modern warehouse and office space at MLP Pruszków II. The operational start is scheduled for March 2025, with full readiness of the facility expected by June. In the transaction, JD.com was represented by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

MR.DIY Strengthens Its Position in Poland – Expansion in Hillwood Zgierz I

The Malaysian retail chain MR.DIY, specializing in home and DIY products, has achieved spectacular success in the Polish market. Less than a year after opening its first logistics center in Central and Eastern Europe, the company has decided on a significant expansion in the Hillwood Zgierz I park. With the lease of additional space, the logistics complex is now fully occupied.

DL Invest Group has completed the acquisition of a 270,000 sqm brownfield - a production and warehouse complex in Bielsko-Biała. The price is ca €25 million.

The property in Bielsko-Biała covers 52.8 hectares and includes the former FCA Powertrain Poland factory, previously dedicated to car engine production.
