A new factory in Białołęka

Trumpf Huettinger Polska, a company specializing in the design and production of electronics for industrial applications, is planning a new investment in Warsaw's Białołęka. The electronic components factory will have about 25,000 sq m. sqm surface.

The cosmetics company Beliso has leased 3.5 thousand sqm. sqm of warehouse space at Logistics Point Raszyn. The finished space has already been handed over for use. Thus, the logistics center near Warsaw, owned by Peakside Capital Advisors and managed by the same company, has been fully commercialized.

No crisis in logistics

CTP is entering the decisive phase of the construction of the first stage of CTPark Warsaw North in the Czosnów commune. Completion of the works is scheduled for the beginning of 2023. As part of the first stage, the investment will offer over 64,000 sqm. sqm warehouse space.
