The international logistics service provider operates an e-commerce project of the H&M brand in Eastern Europe from this location.

The elite buys in Radomsko

Panattoni to build 32,000 sqm BTO project near Poznań

Panattoni is developing its latest project tailored for a global brand. A leading global logistics company is to operate on 32,000 sqm of the BTO facility, which is being built in Robakowo near Poznań. Construction work started in May, and in late 2022 or early 2023, the client will gain access to the property. Over 20,000 sqm of the space is designated for the automatic sorting of parcels. The project is to be BREEAM certified and will feature, among others, a 900 kWp solar farm and a heat pump.

New GLP warehouses in Magnice

The Antczak Group has completed the construction of another warehouse for the investor and developer GLP. The facility with an area of ​​41 thousand. sq m was established on the premises of Wrocław V Logistics Center in Magnice near Wrocław.
