GLP begins construction of 67,000 sqm warehouse near Wrocław

GLP has begun construction of a new 67,000 sqm warehouse at Wrocław V Logistics Centre in Magnice, Poland. The building is expected to achieve a BREEAM "Outstanding" level certification.

CTP continues Poland expansion with 500,00 sqm land acquisition

CTP has expanded its Polish land bank by nearly half a million sqm. The company has purchased investment land in four strategic locations that provide the opportunity to build approximately 200,000 sqm of leasable space in the short term, with this land in Łódź, Toruń and the Warsaw agglomeration ready to start the development process. This land acquisition is part of CTP's strategy announced last year to invest €300 million in Poland to grow its warehouse portfolio - a key growth market for CTP.

Partners Group and Peakside complete BTS for DPD in Warsaw

The JV between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors has completed the construction of the first warehouse facility in City Point Targówek. The 7,000 sqm building is fully leased to DPD Polska and is part of a park, which will provide nearly 100,000 sqm of last-mile logistics space within the borders of the Warsaw agglomeration.

Panattoni completes huge BTS in western Poland

Panattoni has finished the last stage of Panattoni Park Sulechów III. The centre has been developed for BestSecret clothing distributor. The building has a total area of 136,000 sqm, which makes it one of the largest logistics centres in the region.

Panattoni delivers 22,000 sqm warehouse park in Kraków

Panattoni has built another investment in Lesser Poland. City Logistics Kraków Airport II is located near the Kraków-Balice International Airport, where a new cargo terminal is being constructed. The facility is suitable for e-commerce and last-mile logistics. The investment was made on a speculative basis and already has its first tenant - Allegro.

Panattoni completes a BTS in western Poland

Panattoni has finished the construction of a logistics centre in Iłowa district (western Poland) for Hermes Fulfilment. This is the first project that has been built for the company in Poland and is also the largest centre of its type in the Hermes Group portfolio.

Panattoni develops seventh project for K-Flex in Poland

Panattoni is developing another BTS project for K-Flex – an international manufacturer of elastomeric thermal and acoustic insulation materials. A seventh building of 20,000 sqm in the warehousing and manufacturing complex in Uniejów will be completed in June this year.

Panattoni gets €18.3 million loan for BTS project in Świdnik

Panattoni has been granted financing to develop a factory for global lighting producer Trilux. The loan of €18.3 million was granted by Alior Bank.
