ID Logistics leases all of Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate II

In February 2024, ID Logistics will start operations for one of the largest clothing distributors in the world. The company will occupy all of Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate II in Tarnowo Podgórne (47,000 sqm in total), with the new centre to be used to consolidate the operations of other locations.

GLP acquires two warehouses near Warsaw

GLP announced has successfully acquired two logistics warehouses spanning a combined area of 37,600 sqm in Janki near Warsaw. The price has not been disclosed.

LCP Properties to start new project in Gdańsk

LCP Properties, a developer of the small warehouse space (SBU) warehouses under the Multipark brand, has received another building permit for a project of this type, this time in Gdańsk. Panattoni sells two industrial parks near Wrocław

Panattoni has finalized the sale of two industrial developments near the administrative capital of the Lower Silesian region. Together, Panattoni Park Wrocław East, and Panattoni Park Wrocław S8 South comprise a total area of almost 43,000 sqm. The price and the buyer have not been disclosed.
