M7 buys warehouse in Poznań

M7 Real Estate, acting on behalf of M7 CEREF II, acquired a city warehouse in Poznań from a private individual. Avison Young's investment team introduced the property and represented the buyer.

Logicor completes large BTS in Błonie near Warsaw

Logicor has completed the construction of a dedicated logistics facility, which will be one of the distribution centers for medicinal products and derivatives on the hospital and pharmaceutical market.
