Joint venture for the logistics center

Develia has signed a letter of intent on a joint venture with Hillwood Polska regarding a joint investment in Malina near Wrocław. Panattoni extends City Logistics Wrocław I – stage one with 36,700 sqm taken up in full

Panattoni has sold Savills IM distribution center near Wrocław

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has sold Savills Investment Management a warehouse facility near Wrocław. The park with an area of 46,000 sqm was sold for around EUR 33 million. This is the third distribution center in Poland bought from Panattoni by Savills.

Panattoni sells City Logistics Wrocław I to Segro

Panattoni market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, announces the sale transaction: SEGRO plc (‘SEGRO’), in its role as venture advisor to the SEGRO European Logistics Partnership (‘SELP’), has acquired Panattoni City Logistics Wrocław I - two buildings with a total area of 38,000 sqm. Advisors from JLL represented SEGRO within the transaction.
