MLP Poznań West to be enlarged

MLP Group has purchased an additional 6 hectares of land adjacent to the MLP Poznań West logistics centre. This will allow the construction of another 30,000 sqm of warehouse space. As a result, the target space of the complex has increased to more than 170,000 sqm. The existing plot of land has already been fully developed, with all facilities 100% leased.

MLP Group breaks another record in leasing activity

Polish warehouse developer MLP Group signed 48 contracts last year to lease a total of nearly 300,000 sqm of warehouse space, approximately 50% more than in the preceding year. The property portfolio managed by MLP Group has already exceeded 1 million sqm, with a further 2 million sqm under development.

MLP Group secures EUR 30m for new projects

MLP Group has issued EUR 30m worth of bonds. The issue proceeds will be used to purchase land and implement projects to construct warehouses in Poland and abroad. On February 26th, the bonds will be introduced to trading on the Catalyst market.

Global logistics company Radial to settle in MLP Pruszków II

Radial, a bpost Group company,will move into the MLP PruszkówII logistics park to occupy over 9,000 m2of modern warehouse and office space. During the lease negotiations, the tenant was represented by Axi Immo.

Lindab to become new tenant at MLP Pruszków II

Over 4,200 square metres of space are to be delivered to a new tenant at MLP Pruszków II in the second quarter of 2020. MLP Group was assisted by a team of experts of JARTOM Real Estate in the transaction.

InPost expands business relationship with MLP

The largest independent logistics operator is set to move into more MLP Group centres, with over 26,000 m2 of modern warehouse space to be handed over to InPost in 2020. From then on, the logistics company will operate from three key locations in Poznań, Gliwice, and Wrocław. All the facilities will be built to suit, featuring cross-dock areas. The transaction was completed through Cresa, a real estate advisory firm.

Foundation stone laid for MLP Poznań West

The new logistics centre MLP Poznań West, to be built in the Poznań region, will come with a target leasable space of 83,000 m2. A foundation-stone laying ceremony was held last Friday at the construction site in Dąbrówka near Poznań. One of the attendees was Dariusz Lipiński, Vice President of InPost S.A. which will be the first tenant in the park. Asorting facility and a warehouse, with a combined area of 8,500 m2, will be built for InPost at MLP Poznań West by the general contractor W.P.I.P.
