AXI IMMO advises MIG – a new distribution centre for myBOX Logistics in Kielce Poland

MyBOX Logistics, part of Marketing Investment Group (MIG) operating on shoe and clothing markets in the CEE region, has leased warehouse and office space in Kielce. AXI IMMO advised the client at all stages of BTS investment preparation. The tenant will move to the new facility with an area of over 22,000 sq m at the end of the year. This project is delivered by the 7R developer.

7R, a nationwide warehouse developer has informed about signing a new lease agreement with myBOX Logistics – a company of Marketing Investment Group for over 22 000 sqm in 7R Park Kielce.
