Will warehouses be available immediately in 2020? The area will grow by at least 10%, most in Mazovia and Silesia

The year 2020 will be a breakthrough for the warehouse market. In total, there will be over 1.8 million sq m of warehouse space, of which the most will be in the region of Silesia (478 thousand sq m) and Mazowsze together with Warsaw (482 thousand sq m). Thus, already this year, the available warehouse space will reach over 20 million sq m. A large number of warehouses under construction will provide tenants with greater selection and availability "immediately", which does not mean, however, that the market will be saturated - according to the CBRE report "Market Outlook".

Panattoni Europe completed the project for GE Energy Management - 45,000 sqm brilliant factory in Bielsko-Biała

Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial property market, has completed the construction of the first European brilliant factory for GE Energy Management. The facility totalling more than 45,000 sqm is situated in Bielsko-Biała and has taken nine months to build.

Skanska sells portfolio of four office buildings in two Polish regional cities

Skanska Commercial Development Europe has sold a portfolio of four office buildings in two Polish regional cities. A fund managed by the Swedish fund manager Niam has purchased two investments in Krakow, Kapelanka 42 A and Axis, as well as buildings A and B at the Silesia Business Park complex in Katowice. This is the largest sales transaction conducted this year in the CEE office market and the largest transaction in the history of Skanska's activity in this region.
