Warsaw, 20 October 2020 – P3, the long-term investor and developer of European logistic properties, has
started the development of the second phase of the P3 Poznań logistic park. The first two buildings will offer
more than 23,000 sqm of total lease space. As much as 80% of their available space is already contracted for
lease.
Warsaw, 8 October 2020 – P3, the long-term investor and developer of European storage properties, has
developed nearly 17,300 sqm of warehouse and office space for InPost in the P3 Mszczonów park. The facility
serves as a cross docking center for InPost branches throughout the country and a sorting center for the key
region of Warsaw. It also supports the operations of the main sorting facility located on the premises of the
P3 Piotrków park.
The revitalization of the derelict site of former Cheb engineering works, 90% recycling of
construction and demolition waste and the environmentally friendly construction of a
unique modern hall, in which rainwater is used for flushing toilets, window blinds provide
shade from sunlight, and the surrounding grounds can boast having an insect hotel and an
outdoor gym for employees. And so was born the main distribution centre of the German
online retailer, REAL digital, which has recently been certified as the most ecological
industrial building in the world according to the latest BREEAM standards 2016 New
Construction. The project of the industrial zones builder Panattoni and the investor
Accolade was the first in the Czech Republic to receive an “Outstanding” mark and a record
score of 90.68%.
Avenger Flight Group, an American boutique-style aviation training company, has expanded its European training operations with the launch of Poland’s first ever commercial aviation training center. This brand-new facility is located in the 7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I complex, near Chopin Airport. Pilots are utilizing the technologically advanced Boeing 737NG full-flight simulator built by CAE. The simulator, in cooperation with the Civil Aviation Authority of the Republic of Poland (CAA), and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), went into service last week. Until now Polish flight crews had to undergo training and recertification abroad.
Panattoni is to deliver a central warehouse in Łódź for school and nursery school supplies. Their distributor has leased 11,200 sqm in Panattoni Park Łódź West, which is currently under construction. The building is to be built in Konstantynów Łódzki, near two express roads 8 km from the international airport. It is the developer's first investment project on the western side of Łódź.
DL Invest Group has concluded a cooperation agreement with DHL Supply Chain Polska concerning the joint development of the logistics centre DL Invest Park Psary. Right next to the DK-86 route in Psary in Silesia, modern warehouse buildings with a total area of over 200,000 sqm will be constructed.
One of Panattoni’s existing customers, Globalway – a supplier of (among others) toys, furniture, sports accessories and interior furnishings produced in China – has decided to lease the whole of Panattoni Park Tricity East IV. This has been made possible thanks to the close cooperation of the developer with the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH), which is supporting the project by providing investment incentives for Globalway. The 52,000 sqm complex is to be built in the eastern part of Gdańsk, where the tenant will be ready to move in Q1 2021. The leasing deal was brokered by Querco Property.
Madison International Realty has acquired a stake in the newly developed Chmielna 89 office building in Warsaw’s CBD from the Cavatina Group. The acquisition values the project at over €100 million. Chmielna 89 is fully let to Poland’s largest, PKO BP, on a ten-year lease.
