Czech industrial real estate investor and developer Accolade has acquired two sites in Szczecin’s Załom-Kasztanowe district for the development of 73,000 sqm gla of warehousing.

M7 Real Estate, acting on behalf of M7 CEREF II, acquired a city warehouse in Poznań from a private individual. Avison Young's investment team introduced the property and represented the buyer.
Logicor has completed the construction of a dedicated logistics facility, which will be one of the distribution centers for medicinal products and derivatives on the hospital and pharmaceutical market. The investment with an area of 17,960 sqm was established in the Pass Industrial Zone in Błonie near Warsaw. It was implemented in accordance with the BREEAM Very Good standard and with the use of many additional ecological solutions.
Panattoni, the leading industrial developer in Europe, has launched construction work on Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska III. The project is already 95 pct leased, with one of the future tenants being midocean, an industry-leading wholesaler of personalised promotional products, textiles and business gifts across the continent. The tenant has leased over 40,000 sqm for its main European logistics and printing centre. midocean is to use numerous sustainable solutions such as heat recovery systems, and solar panels and is to move into its new centre in the middle of 2022.
The construction of the first of two warehouse buildings of 7R Park Łódź West II complex is nearing completion. Two tenants have leased space in the complex: MDH and Vesbo Poland.
European industrial real estate market leader Panattoni is continuing to make a major contribution to bringing Szczecin closer to joining Poland’s so-called ‘Big Five’ warehousing markets. So far, the developer has delivered almost 270,000 sqm in the region – around 30 pct of its entire industrial stock. The potential of Western Pomerania is also being recognised by new tenants. One example is the international logistics forwarder DSV Prime Cargo, which has just extended its lease in Panattoni Park Goleniów while at the same time doubling the space it occupies to almost 10,000 sqm. The park, which is located close to Poland’s western border and Szczecin-Goleniów Airport, has a significant advantage for the company of excellent connections with both the German and Scandinavian markets.
he new tenant, the identity of which has not been disclosed, will occupy almost 13,000 sqm of the new space, of which app. 12,000 sqm will be used for warehouse and production purposes and another 900 sqm will be office and social space.
