Bartłomiej Hofman, Managing Director at the P3 Logistic Parks in Poland: ”I am glad that once again we have managed to meet the requirements of our long-term partners and to provide good conditions for their businesses to thrive. I am sure that the excellent location of the P3 Poznań park, that is being close to the major national highways, will improve our partners’ abilities to distribute their products throughout the region. The P3 Poznań park is one of the most popular logistic parks in our portfolio, as evidenced by the fact that we have just leased out the whole available space. Our plans include further expansion of the park as we have more land, which enables extending our park by 200.000 m2 and we already hold the necessary building permits and can start new investments really soon.

Green Factory Logistics is one of the leading logistic operators on the refrigerated services market. It specialises in transporting fresh products. This is yet another Green Factory’s warehouse which P3 houses as the main logistic base of Green Factory Logistics is almost 8.000 m2 large and is located in the P3 Błonie park.

The space of the newly-constructed facility has been fully adapted to fit the company’s needs. The warehouse is equipped with e.g. refrigeration units and a freezer. The warehouse has received a BREEAM certification at the ‘very good’ level. The facility has been constructed using PIR core panels to ensure more efficient insulation against external factors, while its reinforced roof will be able to support photovoltaic panels in the future. Also, energysaving LED lighting has been installed in the warehouse along with an automatic DALI control system. Water taps in the bathrooms are activated by infrared technology. The general contractor of the investment was Atlas Ward.

Paweł Lorek, Directof of Operations at the Green Factory Logistics: ”The nature of our business is safe storage and transport of food. It means that we require appropriate standards and the use of reliable solutions. Our cooperation with P3 so far has ensured us that we can obtain from them top quality warehouse space. Thanks to this new, strategic location we will be able to deliver goods to our partners and customers even more efficiently and faster.”

The other tenant of the newly-built warehouse will be Colian Logistic, a company which provides transport and logistics services, mainly in the area of contract logistics. The company has been present in the P3 Poznań since 2017. The space of 4,800 m2 in the new building will house its warehouse and offices.

Daniel Nowicki, Member of the Management Board of Collian Logistic: ”As per our strategy, we focus on modern perfectly-connected warehouses which ensure efficient distribution of goods. The fact that the warehouses are located in key spots across Poland makes it easy for us to provide our customers with timely transport services. Our presence in the P3 Poznań park fits these strategic assumptions well. We are pleased with the existing cooperation with P3, as well as with the perfect location of the park.”

Currently, P3 Poznań Park is one of the largest logistic parks in the Wielkopolska region, with more than 200,000 m2 of warehouses and office space. Under the second phase of the project, the developer holds permits to build another 200,000 m2 of modern warehouse space. The park is located 16 km from the centre of Poznań and 2.4 km from the S11 expressway. The perfect location of the park attracts customers from the e-commerce sector, manufacturing companies, as well as those which distribute goods to the Western Europe markets. The first and the second phases of the investment are separated only by a road which is one of the two arteries providing tenants with an easy and convenient connection to the motorway. Furthermore, a bus stop within the park provides convenient access for employees by bus.
