Dekpol has won another tender as part of its general contracting services. The subject of the contract is the construction of a one-story workshop and warehouse hall as well as a two-story social and office building. The facility will be located at Budowlanych street in Gdansk, near the Gdansk Airport of Lech Wałęsa.

The investment will be distinguished by modern architecture with numerous glazing. The social and office part in the form of an elongated cuboid, covered with dark façade panels and a glass facade, will be a representative element covering the large hall. The workshop and warehouse building will in turn be a tall block covered with a gable roof with a 4 degree slope and a ridge positioned perpendicular to the social and office part. The steel structure will be covered with dark sandwich panels in a vertical arrangement.

This time we have the opportunity to cooperate in another field, which I hope will prove equally fruitful for both sides. Kurt König has been active in the construction industry for 20 years. The company has a wide range of construction machinery for rent, ranging from power tools to heavy excavators and loaders. The company also deals with sales and servicing.

Dekpol is an expert in the construction of logistics and industrial facilities, retail centers and other cubature facilities. At the end of the third quarter of this year the Group carried out contracts for external entities with a total contractual value of approximately PLN 380 million net.
