The first step towards a 43 MW campus

The first of three planned buildings provides 6,324 m² of IT space and was designed following best practices in sustainability, including closed-loop technical water systems and top-class energy efficiency. The 5.5-hectare campus combines strategic logistics advantages with state-of-the-art solutions for power, cooling, and telecommunications.

“This investment takes us to a new level as a data center services provider not only in Poland, but across the CEE region – confirmed by the trust of the financial institutions financing our project,” says Sławomir Koszołko, CEO of Atman.

Ready for AI and flexible scalability

WAW-3 introduces high-density, liquid-cooled colocation to the Warsaw market, paving the way for the creation of AI Factories. Once completed, the campus will consist of three buildings with a total of nearly 19,000 m² of colocation space and 43 MW of IT power, offering capacity for over 50,000 servers. Subsequent stages will be delivered in line with commercialization progress, allowing for flexible capacity scaling.

Sustainability and ESG-linked financing

The project was financed with a PLN 1.35 billion credit facility granted by a consortium of six financial institutions. The credit agreement includes commitments related to energy efficiency and sustainability, fully aligned with ESG principles.

“The growing demand for digital services and the rising workloads driven by artificial intelligence require reliable, easily scalable infrastructure with high computing power. The WAW-3 campus is our answer to these needs – and our competitive edge,” adds Sławomir Koszołko.
