Panattoni delivers 22,000 sqm warehouse park in Kraków

Panattoni has built another investment in Lesser Poland. City Logistics Kraków Airport II is located near the Kraków-Balice International Airport, where a new cargo terminal is being constructed. The facility is suitable for e-commerce and last-mile logistics. The investment was made on a speculative basis and already has its first tenant - Allegro.

Panattoni completes a BTS in western Poland

Panattoni has finished the construction of a logistics centre in Iłowa district (western Poland) for Hermes Fulfilment. This is the first project that has been built for the company in Poland and is also the largest centre of its type in the Hermes Group portfolio.

Panattoni develops seventh project for K-Flex in Poland

Panattoni is developing another BTS project for K-Flex – an international manufacturer of elastomeric thermal and acoustic insulation materials. A seventh building of 20,000 sqm in the warehousing and manufacturing complex in Uniejów will be completed in June this year.

Hillwood's Polish portfolio becomes fully BREEAM-certified

Hillwood Poland’s 15 buildings have been certified BREEAM In Use at the Excellent level, completing the certification for the company’s entire portfolio. Obtaining the certificates was the result of cooperation with JWA, a consulting firm specializing in green solutions for commercial real estate.

MLP starts construction of new BTS facility near Poznań

MLP Poznań witnessed a foundation stone laying ceremony for a new project to be developed for HAVI Logistics. Once completed, the new facility – comprising 16,000 sqm of space – is scheduled for handover at the beginning of the second half of 2024. The project contracted to WPIP Construction, will undergo a BREEAM New Construction certification of ‘Excellent’.

CTP launches 16th industrial and logistics park in Poland

CTP is starting construction of its first manufacturing and logistics complex in the Podkarpackie region. In Rzeszów, it will build a complex of two facilities with a total leasable area of nearly 50,000 sqm. This will be the company's 16th investment in Poland and the first phase of the project is scheduled for completion in Q3 of this year.

MLP Group announces €41 million bond issue

MLP Group has successfully placed €41 million worth of bonds, comprising an entire issue, with 35 investors in a public offering intended for qualified buyers. The transaction was arranged and conducted by mBank. The Warsaw office of global law firm Taylor Wessing provided legal advice to MLP Group, and mBank was advised by CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang.
