We have completed the sale of two Polish logistics parks in Lublin and the Silesia West region to a North American private equity investor. The two properties have a combined gross lettable area (GLA) of about 65,000 sqm.

The logistics specialist moves near Bydgoszcz

Kris-Tech, a company operating in the logistics industry, has become a new tenant in Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV. The company has leased almost 2.8 thousand. sqm warehouse and office space.

Lots of space for water installations

Bevo, a supplier of articles for water installations, has leased over 23,000 sq m. sqm of space in the MLP Poznań West logistics park. Handing over to the tenant of the finished facility, which will be covered by BREEAM certification, is scheduled for November.

Prologis closes the quarter

After Q2 2022, the total portfolio of Prologis covers 20.7 million sq m. The company has signed new lease agreements for approximately 200,000 sq m. sq m, and about 785 thousand. sqm was covered by extensions and renewals of contracts. Rents increased by 18.6 percent.

Best Secret to take up 90,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Sulechów III

German online fashion distributor BestSecret will take up almost 90,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Sulechów III with the option to further expand by another 42,000 sqm. The development will be handed over in stages between January and June 2023.

Panattoni to build 32,000 sqm BTO project near Poznań

Panattoni is developing its latest project tailored for a global brand. A leading global logistics company is to operate on 32,000 sqm of the BTO facility, which is being built in Robakowo near Poznań. Construction work started in May, and in late 2022 or early 2023, the client will gain access to the property. Over 20,000 sqm of the space is designated for the automatic sorting of parcels. The project is to be BREEAM certified and will feature, among others, a 900 kWp solar farm and a heat pump.
