Prologis is building a giant warehouse

Magazines are looking for a balance

The latest report prepared by the consulting company BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland shows that in Q2 the warehouse, logistics and industrial market in Poland grew by approximately 1.15 million sq m. 4.3 million sq m was under construction, one third of which will appear on the market this year. In the analysis, the authors highlight the visible signs of a slowdown in the sector, the specter of a supply gap, high construction costs and increases in rents.

The warehouse in Stryków has grown

New high bay warehouse, longer conveyor line system and increased logistic capacity - Arvato Supply Chain Solutions has completed the expansion of the distribution center in Stryków. The international logistics service provider operates an e-commerce project of the H&M brand in Eastern Europe from this location.

The elite buys in Radomsko

Elite Partners Capital, on behalf of the fund it manages, finalized the purchase of a warehouse in Radomsko for nearly EUR 30 million. The property has 54,000 sq m. sqm of space and is fully leased by the Jysk brand.

7R will expand near Lublin

7R has obtained financing for the expansion of the logistics complex 7R Park Lublin. The loan agreement was signed with a syndicate of banks - Santander Bank Polska and mBank. Ultimately, the park will consist of five buildings with a total area of ​​nearly 110,000 sq m. sqm

P3 invests in Silesia

P3 Logistic Parks has acquired investment land located in Dębieńsko, in the Silesian Province. On a plot of approximately 22 ha, warehouses with a total area of ​​over 110,000 sq m will be built.
