Yusen Logistics specializes in providing comprehensive logistics solutions, including the area of transport (dedicated solutions such as Control Tower with full IT support), warehouse services (projects tailored to specific needs of medium and large customers and projects for the commercial sector, which are characterized by short lead times and significant volume). The company also focuses on comprehensive and advanced customs services mainly for manufacturing and distribution companies.

“Yusen is gradually expanding its warehouse network, which includes facilities located in different parts of Poland such as Lower Silesia, Toruń and Pomerania. The presence in the Pomeranian Logistics Centre in Gdańsk will certainly facilitate the implementation of comprehensive processes in the area of maritime forwarding and contract logistics and will positively affect the further development of the company's business. All the more so as the investment is located right next to the Container Port in Gdańsk, which will be very convenient for the majority of Yusen's business partners”, comments Ludwika Korzeniowska, Business Development Manager in Industrial Agency at JLL.

“The Pomeranian Logistics Centre continues to develop thanks to the great interest shown by customers such as Yusen - who require excellent access to the international transport network. We are currently constructing another 25,000 sqm building on the location, which is being developed in accordance with the highest Goodman standards and BREEAM Very Good requirements. We still have a land bank in the vicinity of the existing halls, which will allow us to expand the park to almost half a million square meters of modern logistic space”, comments Jarosław Czechowicz, Country Manager Goodman Poland.

The Pomeranian Logistics Centre in Gdańsk is a multimodal warehouse park connecting Poland with other countries by means of rail, road and sea transport. The investment is located in the immediate vicinity of the DCT deep water terminal - the largest and most modern container terminal in Poland serving, among others, regular cargo connections with major Asian ports. The complex is located 9 km from the centre of Gdańsk and 23 km from the Lech Wałęsa International Airport in Gdańsk. The warehouses are also within easy reach of the S6 and S7 expressways and the A1 motorway.
