Zielona Góra strengthens its position on the logistics map

The new Rohlig SUUS Logistics location is situated in Nowy Kisielin, at Rozwojowa 4 Street. The company has leased 2,956 sqm of warehouse space and 438 sqm of office space. The facility will serve as a cross-dock terminal, requiring robust infrastructure – including dock levellers, a loading ramp and a spacious maneuvering yard – ensuring smooth handling and distribution operations.

“Our new warehouse in Zielona Góra strengthens our operational capabilities in the region. Thanks to its strategic location near the S3 expressway, the facility enables us to efficiently serve both local markets and international routes – particularly toward Germany,”
says Marcin Grzelak, Regional Director at Rohlig SUUS Logistics.

A high-standard investment with strong ownership

The facility is owned by Next Step, a company focused on developing high-quality logistics projects in key locations across Poland. The building in Zielona Góra meets modern technical and environmental standards – a decisive factor for Rohlig SUUS Logistics in selecting the site.

“We are proud that Poland’s leading logistics operator, known for managing complex supply chains, has chosen our facility to expand its operations in Zielona Góra,”
comments a representative of Next Step.

The warehouse incorporates sustainable solutions in line with Rohlig SUUS Logistics’ ESG strategy. The company is one of the few in the region with decarbonisation goals validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

Advisory support by Triflow

The leasing process was professionally managed by Triflow, a commercial real estate advisory firm, which supported Rohlig SUUS Logistics throughout the entire transaction.

“We are pleased to have contributed to the continued growth of one of the most dynamic logistics players in Central and Eastern Europe,”
says Aleksander Kuźniewski, Partner at Triflow.
