The Jutrzenka Park Small Business Units investment, completed at the end of 2020, in the general contracting system, is a warehouse hall with an office and social part at ul. Jutrzenki 99/101 in Warsaw.
The newly constructed building consists of two office buildings: a four-story one with a height of 17.5 m and a two-story one with a height of 9.5 m and a single-space warehouse hall. The facilities constitute a connected complex, the whole was designed in shades of steel-gray with strong color accents in the arcades and on the façade steps. In this way, the industrial function of the building was given a modern character.
Office building with an area of ​​2000 m2. The structure of the upper part is entirely made in monolithic technology. The lower part is a hybrid of prefabricated and monolithic (staircases concreted on the construction site, ceiling made of hollow core slabs, prefabricated concrete columns and beams).
