Panattoni has started construction for BestSecret

In H1 2022, the total demand for warehouse space in Poland reached 3.8 million sq m, of which 2.2 million sq m. were leased in the second quarter - the consulting company Cushman & Wakefield summed up the second quarter of 2022 on the Polish warehouse market.

In the analysis, the authors highlight the visible signs of a slowdown in the sector, the specter of a supply gap, high construction costs and increases in rents.

The warehouse in Stryków has grown

The international logistics service provider operates an e-commerce project of the H&M brand in Eastern Europe from this location.
