Rohlig Suus Logistics opens second warehouse in Podlasie region

Rohlig Suus Logistics, Poland's largest full-service logistics operator, is opening a new warehouse in Choroszcz (Bialystok region) and increasing its warehouse logistics capacity in Podlasie by a third.

MLP will lease more

Panattoni to build 150,000 sqm warehouse complex near Poznań

Panattoni has purchased just under 35 hectares of land and is to start construction work as soon as February this year. Panattoni Park Poznań A2 is to have a build-out area of almost 150,000 sqm. The development is to be situated near a junction on the A2, where the motorway crosses the S11 expressway. One building with an area of 82,000 sqm is to be occupied by a giant of the clothing industry while the remaining 62,000 sqm is being developed speculatively.

Construction starts in Wiskitki

CTP begins the construction of a warehouse and industrial complex in Wiskitki near Warsaw. CTPark Warsaw West will be the company's fourth investment located in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship.
