SEGRO is launching another development near Warsaw. A 15,600 sq m modern warehouse and production facility is rising in Ożarów, with as much as 80% of the space leased before construction even began. The new building within Segro Park Warsaw Ozarow 2 will feature a BREEAM Excellent certification, fully powered by heat pumps and photovoltaics. The final 3,000 sq m module is still available for lease.
