Emerging Logistics Markets Gain Momentum in Białystok

Panattoni is accelerating logistics growth in north-eastern Poland. The developer has secured €24 million in financing from Bank Pekao for Panattoni Park Białystok III – a modern Class A warehouse development in the Podlaskie region. The 32,000+ sqm project at the Białystok-Zachód (S8) junction will be completed in Q1 2026, with 75% of the space already leased. BREEAM Excellent certification and direct access to the Via Carpatia corridor further strengthen the region’s logistics potential.

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, continues its expansion in north-eastern Poland. The developer has leased out 100 per cent of space at Panattoni Park Białystok I and announced the development of the second distribution centre in the heart of Podlasie. Additional 35,000 sqm will be delivered this year at Panattoni Park Białystok II.
