Our modern distribution system is supported by ERP-class IT systems. The delivery process, from order acceptance to goods preparation, is fully automated. The Fobaro distribution system has received numerous prestigious awards, such as Plato Polska and Gazele Biznesu.

The ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System facilitates our supervision of processes, quality assurance, and competitive advantage. Thanks to our modern high-bay logistics centre located in central Poland, with monitored temperature and humidity and a capacity of 3,500 Euro pallets, we can ensure continuity of supply to our customers. We guarantee deliveries to customers within 3 days, and in special cases within 24 hours. We fulfil orders from our online stores and Allegro. Our customers in the Baltic countries will receive adhesives no later than 3 days after placing their order. We deliver to Belarus, Russia and Ukraine in less than 7 working days. Due to the temperature sensitivity of Fobaro products, we only use refrigerated lorries to collect goods from our suppliers and ship them during the warmer months.

Delivery punctuality in 2017 was 99.7% with 11,200 shipments completed.

Fobaro warehouse staff use the latest Comarch WMS Magazynier software. This application streamlines warehouse operations, saves time, eliminates errors, reduces costs and helps achieve environmental protection goals. We verify all individual product packaging and collective packaging using EAN or QR codes with barcode scanners. All collective packaging has logistics labels. We monitor the shipment route on an ongoing basis. To meet our customers' expectations, we have introduced the JUST IN TIME system, thanks to which they do not have to store stocks.
